This was taking that pre-season hype of strapping your board on in your lounge and doing a couple presses to the next level as a bit of a Yeboi hoodie shoot that ended up as an article for NZsnowboard.com with Jeong Kim on the 50-50

Most days I play with expensive cameras shoot photos and videos of people doing action sports, Friday night I was messing around with my cousin and we shot a picture of him planking on his iPhone for facebook, not even good planking just on the back of a couch, same as way too many other kids that have just turned 16 do every day, the only difference was his dad was standing behind him who happens to be Prime Minister of your fair country down here in New Zealand. As soon as it got online he got a couple of his friends clicking like on it every minute including a few girl he thought we cute so happy days. Monday comes along pretty much all of New Zealand’s main stream media have the shot it’s on cover’s of newspapers, TV they are talking about it on the radio so this is now probably the biggest photo I’ve ever taken.

After not that many hours sleep and working for 20 something hours on Saturday Cam Stenning got to some serious work on Sunday, this was pretty early in the morning first roller ollie tha just snapped straight up. The rest of the shots will be flowing through NZwakeboard.com over the next few weeks months or til we go skating again and get something better.

I spent a few minutes helping out Michael McCloy and Rene Ribotton on the design of their blog, www.rayandmike.blogspot.com as were moving into the winter season and Mikey will be the frontman for The Clubbies we wanting it looking crispy clean check it out.

Pretty stocked to see a lifestyle shot on the cover of the new Chill and a few of my shots inside, with a good plug for the clubbies Hopefully get some more this year when I’m putting way more time into these fields.
