Another of those fun little music pieces I’ve been working on with Moonshine Ink and their crew, I was running around with the gimbal for this one.
I have been working with Matthew at Pacrav as he has been setting up his new physiotherapy business in Reno, Nevada. We have been working on branding and website needs.
The logo for Pacrav is based around the idea of movement, flexibility and strength, we created a unique shape that has an inclusion of the double “A” with a custom word mark and can be used with the tag line as well as in individual parts.
Pacrav has been strongly branded in orange as a bright and lively color which can be used for branding elects or used as a background with white elements over it.
The site with all its branding and ideas can be found at pacrav.com aside from the regular website needs of a business in this day and age but we have taken that further streamlining the consultation forms, since these have been setup Matt has found it has saved time for patients as well as employees.
The site was built on a foundation framework with a wordpress Content Management System, with these together we we’re able to create a site that was affordable but also preforms strongly in many environments, the site is fast and responsive across devices with modern and documented code for easy updates and additions.
In a really nice turn of events it kinda made sense to pick up the iPhone X, I grabbed it the day I jumped on the road but it was a blur of using a real camera most of the time, I got home and got to put the camera to the test with a few friends for a Snowledge video around the local resort.
Coming up with a little extra time to shoot got me to the point of wanting to work on a few clips I’ve been thinking about. I;m not exactly sure if it’s going to be a series or things that will flow together or just a bunch of little things that I shoot and throw together. The first of these was skating through my backyard with Ryan Fitzhenry of Rotor Collective on the DJI Mavic.
I didn’t ride everyday but I did ride every month and every month theres something pretty all time to do, thanks to all the friends who did this with me.
I had the absolute pleasure of being invited along for a couple of shoots with Matchstick Productions on their newly released project, Drop Everything. In a weird turn of events I was actually in the trailer as linked below 1:36 I’m sliding the camera along for a ridiculous little setup, the shot cuts in the middle and the camera isn’t even turned on for one of the shots but none of the shots I filmed made it to that cut. Last night I joined a massive cast to at Squaw to see the Squaw segment which blends history and an amazing progression of skiing, which I’m honored to say I had a couple of shots in, as well as one in Marcus Eder’s section.
A huge thanks to Scott, Connery and Marcus for the opportunity, to everyone else involved well done and anyone who hasn’t seen it yet get the film online here.
I’ve been starting to mess around with dual operator drone flights, it’s a million times better, as I always knew it would be but I still get nervous flying when there’s something different happening like the drone freaking out and going to a home point that is now just lake surface or boats being unpredictable and there goes the Inspire 2 but we got this in two shots, one up and one back on the lake, thankfully Jen is ridiculous consistent and puts up with me messing with her set to get something and Wade Snider for learning the cam-op side of the drone.
