CHILL Series 2012

Covering the CHILL Series, big mountain free ski events for the 2011 & 2012 season I have created a number of videos to span the month of events, as I work with CHILL to build a video brand for the event we have worked on title animations and more edits to bring together everything that the events have to offer. The full CHILL Series is here.

MX Nationals

I covered the first round of the 2012 NZ Moto X Nationals for the Airtime TV show, working with the riders to bring one day of riding into a four minute piece about the lifestyle as well as some petrol head hooning. All of my Airtime eps are here.

Camperventure

For one of the Snow Show TV shows I filmed and edited during the 2012 winter I travelled from Tekapo to Wanaka with two of New Zealand’s best snowboarders, Will Jackways & Abby Lockhart, as well as their dog and documented the travels along the way, the show is about the lifestyle of riding as much as the tricks. All of my Snow Show eps are here.

Simple Laps

I’ve been cutting away on this clip for Ben from across the ocean. The internet opens up nice little options like being able to quickly and easily help someone out like this to do the editing on a piece of footage that you wouldn’t otherwise have the chance to film.

Fails

During the 2012 CHILL Big Mountain series I ended up with a lot of footage that I really liked but didn’t fit with in the edits so I made this extra edit for the Ice Film Fest. The rest of the CHILL series 2012 is here.

George Pengelly 2011

The fast up and coming big mountain skier in New Zealand needed an edit with only a few extra days filming most of the content for this video came from event footage we had worked on during the 2011 season.

After Effects

This is pretty much like Photoshop for video, it makes all that extra stuff in the videos, the motion graphics or the cleaning up of a logo, everything to make your video shine.

Premiere Pro

I use Premiere for video editing, I can do Final Cut 7 as well, but the integration of all the other Adobe products means better graphics, motion or still to enhance the overall video and give you a full rounded product.
